Area – vineyard: Viticultural zone of Naoussa
Winemaking: Pre-fermentative cold maceration is applied , followed by temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures of 18-20 °C. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, batonnage is applied for a period of 3 months.
Taste: Intense bright pink color. Aromatic expression of strawberry, gooseberry and violet perfectly combined with hints of white flowers in the background. Rich fruity mouthfeel with a particularly pleasant long aftertaste.

Sugars: 2.8 g/L
Food pairing: Served cool at 12-14 oC, and harmoniously accompanies stuffed peppers and tomatoes, green beans, pasta with red sauce, and soft fish.
